Leyisa Chiswute

Leyisa Chiswute is a passionate musician, born and brought up in Mao, Manipur. She started learning piano at the age of 7 and recieved her higher education from Patkai Hr. Sec School, Dimapur, Nagaland.

Leyisa went further pursuing Western Classical Music in her Bachelors, majoring in piano at Margaret Shishak School of Music, PCC. She recieved her honours degree in Piano performance in June 2022.

A passionate musician, Ms Chiswute enjoys a number of instruments which includes contemporary acoustic guitar, drums and recorder. She has experienced western classical recitals, enjoys teaching and has experience singing in groups and choirs.
